Willow Tree Storage is a family operated company, taking pride in our facilities and services. Owned by Ralph and Julie Baumlisberger, and managed by Natalie Baumlisberger. we have a unique location, situated in the country, yet only 15 minutes from Orangeville, Arthur, and 20 minutes from Fergus. An hour north of Toronto, you can enjoy the scenery along the way! We are in a great area to serve you. Reasonable rates on fully insulated and heated indoor vehicle storage, and fully insulated buildings/non heated for boats,tent trailers, snowmobiles,etc.

We are proud to offer indoor storage available for your cars, snowmobiles, motorcycles, boats and camper trailers at competitive pricing. Fully insulated buildings, concrete floors, climate controlled for winter storage available. All storage buildings are clean, safe and secure with video surveillance and are fully insured. (Building for boats and tent trailers is not heated)

THE $100 DEPOSIT MUST BE MADE IN ADVANCE TO GUARANTEE YOUR SPOT

Once fully booked we will take names to be added to the wait list, generally 3-4 spots in each building open up by later October! Once all vehicles are in, we will contact those first in line if they still would like a spot.

INDOOR VEHICLE STORAGE

Building #2 Option 1: EARLY PICK UP APRIL 12  (FULLY BOOKED)

Drop Off Date : Cars to be brought in between October 23- November 2

***Pick Up Date :April 12 - Time for pick up in spring will be given to you on same day of vehicle drop off

Between 10 am - 12 pm

$480+ hst (one time seasonal fee)


Building #2 Option 2:EARLY PICK UP APRIL 19   (FULLY BOOKED)

Drop Off Date : Cars to be brought in between October 1 - October 23

***Pick Up Date: April 19 ***Time for pick up in spring will be given to you on same day of vehicle drop off

Between 10 am- 12 pm

$480 + hst (one time seasonal fee)


Building #3 Option 3: LATE PICK UP MAY 3    

(FULLY BOOKED)


Drop Off Date: Cars to be brought in between October 1- November 2

Pick Up Date: May 3

***TIME FOR PICK UP IN SPRING WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU ON SAME DAY OF VEHICLE DROP OFF

Between 9 am - 2 pm

$480 + hst (one time seasonal fee)

***Pricing based on vehicles 16' and under. Any vehicle over 16' will be charged an additional $20 per foot.

Any oversized vehicle such as a dually pickup, please inquire for rates.


MOTORCYCLES $250+hst

Drop off Date: September 1- October 31

Pick Up Date: May 11( whole building on this day ) *only exception to getting out earlier is if you are the last one in, closest to doorway

PICK UP TIMES BETWEEN 9-12 PM

Boats/Tent Trailers $450 + hst (one time seasonal fee) ( 25' and under after tongue/hitch length )

Boats/Tent Trailers under 20' $400+ hst (one time seasonal fee)

Boats/Tent Trailers (30' and under after tongue/hitch length)      $500+ hst (one time seasonal fee)
